B.     Data transfers

netZima ®  does not transfer personal data to third parties without previously informing their owners of what data it is going to transfer, the identity of the assignees, their activity and the purposes for which said assignees may use the data and except that, If necessary, it has also obtained the consent of the data subjects.

C.     Cross-border data processing

netZima does not carry out cross-border processing of its customers’ data without having availed itself of any of the circumstances that allow it.
